After the 10th Aug I will no longer be shopping in morrisons service poor staff don't know what they are doing recently brought item on ebay for delivery to morrisons for collect plus never had a problem until yesterday when member of staff refused it the member of staff said I picked wrong option but everything was correct

Compared to the Spar up the road, the customer service here is rubbish, I find it rude when they have a conversation over your shoulder whilst serving you without really engaging with you at all. The older guy throw items at you with an attitude undeserving for a paying customer and they?ll often let the que grow too big for a single till because sorting the crisps is more important. The Spar staff are much nicer and friendlier as a whole, they come out n meet your dog n have a blether, they recognise they?re regular customers and you?re always greeted with a smile. I?d always used Morrisons as it?s closer but I don?t anymore. Not since switching to Spar. That?s before you even get to the items in store, the bank machine at Spar actually works, they have the Costa machine, hot food, cakes n that. Spar blows Morrisons away in Menzies Hill!

Love the staff here, always a crack, pretty expensive place for stuff but it's convenient so I like it.

Very expensive for what is essentially just a shop full of junk food and alcohol. Shop ceiling is falling apart.
