Fantastic wee branch. Very helpful staff who always make time to help you as much as they can and even if they can't help they make sure to give you the details of who can and how to do it.It has a machine to deposit money into your account which is handy if you don't want to wait on a staff member at the counter. Walked in yesterday and was served straight away no queue whatsoever!Only gripe is the carpark but did ask a member of staff and was told that it was reviewed and the suggestion of knocking the wall down was rejected as the speed of cars coming in and out straight off of a roundabout would be a pedestrian hazard and also an accident waiting to happen.

Staff always friendly and welcoming. Car park very difficult to navigate with my disability. Perhaps getting rid of the wall would help?

Only two tellers and always a long que. Does have a small customer carpark, although you?ve got to be a good driver if there?s more than two cars already parked.

Useless, can't get to the bank during the day because I start early and finish late, Cora is no help whatsoever, you also have to wait ages for someone to answer, not that I've had someone to answer. RBS are the way NOT to do things.

Horrendous waiting times, told to wait outside as claimed full and for social distance yet member of staff standing right next to a customer at machine,and was an empty seat, horrible attitude poorly run place, very slow, told to use machine for transactions, but previous experience was awful didn't read money and wanted to use manual system, but staff had major attitude, screens can't even see typing in pin, won't be back horrible place would give zero stars if could.

Never enough staff for the amount of customers that use this bank on a daily basis,can wait in a queue for at least 30 minutes it's bloody rediculous!!!!

The wait queue is always ridiculously long and can stretch outside the door. Not to mention the staff at best are either to talkative with customers holding up said queue even longer or have an attitude problem and make you feel as if you're annoying them. Parking is also a problem with cars parking outside people's houses next to the bank often obstructuno driveways or making it difficult to cross the road as you won't be able to see oncoming traffic which is dangerous considering there is a roundabout where cars can come speeding in. I would recommend using another branch as this one needs to improve.

booked an appointment 2 weeks ago, as i turned up they told me my appointment was cancelled, nobody informed me about it, very poor customer service :(
