Use them on occasions and find them very slow and some staff don't look trained well when items are returned etc.

Expect to be treated like a criminal if you don't want to give your postcode. What is their postcode obsession all about!? Marketing yes, ok fine, but the staff actually get annoyed and treat you as suspicious. I only wanted a hacksaw and blades.REPLY: Hey Bella, lets be honest, you will not take it on board and you will carry on as before.
