Easy to order, either online or in store. Staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Sometimes, going into shops like that, as a woman, it's possible to feel intimidated however this was not the case here. I am comfortable to go back anytime.

Purchased an item from ScrewFix for my mother who is 84. Later the next day she decided to pick up herself. After her visit, she informed me that the customer service was impeccable, above and beyond. Engaging in conversation that made her fell at ease in an unusual environment. Worst branch I've visited of the many I've used. Staff don't have any idea if the products they're selling, and when asked just shrug their shoulders. The days of receiving good advice from knowledgeable staff seems to be long gone

The store has an information to wear the face covering while the staff DO NOT wear... they idn't let me to get in with a pice of pipe to which I needed an advice and connector.The staff said WE DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT PLUMBING AND WE HAVE NOT BEEN TRAINED TO GIVE ANY ADVICE.Well. I use to like a lot this branch , lately tho ,is a small height rounded girl which is very rude . She rise her voice as she speaks with animals not humans . She is probably around 30 small and few kilos extra didn?t got her name so I could complain her behaviour but if happens again will complain directly .
