Staff didn't acknowledge us at all for at least a few minutes! And carried on making online orders. We were the only people in the place, so surely you would greet and serve the customers who have bothered to go in rather than doing online orders. Staff once they could be bothered to talk were very rude and not polite at all! All I can say is Subway might want to employ managers with more customer service experience to help the staff to be polite and helpful and just simply have MANNERS!

Stop off on the way from Aberdeen to Glasgow.. Great choice of food and drinks. The staff are so professional about their products and will help choose the best. To suit .. Meal deals are great value too...

Will not be back. Other half went in to buy a childrens box as my 4 year old who does not eat bread asked for a salad box instead, to be told no, once the girl has asked a member of management, she then asked for the contents that would be in the sandwich if she could have in the box, girl then asked manager or supervisor if that was ok, she said ok there were no kids activity box with meal available only crayons . My other half also came out to car with cookeis. Cant have a cookie without a latte, so in I went to get a latte. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while girls on counter just ignored me 3 members of staff on today behind counter. They were to busy with just Eat or Deliveroo collections ( plenty of delivery drivers chilling on the couches waiting) to bother with actual store customers check your cctv im standing there with bank card in my hand. I walked out and will not be back.

Great food as always and the server was fantastic. Are server, Ellis was chatty, funny and friendly. He defo made the journey to Subway worth it.

Stopped off at this restaurant in the middle of a long journey after about three hours in the car. We just wanted to eat some decent sandwiches in a nice clean restaurant. We weren?t expecting lunch at the Ritz. None of the soap dispensers in any of the toilets had any hand soap in them whatsoever. Asked the staff to provide some hand soap but the guy didn?t have a key to open any of the soap dispensers. I asked him for the bottle so me and my family could wash our hands. Not a great start. When ordering food, the guy who couldn?t work out the soap dispenser actually rolled his eyes at my ten year old daughter when she asked to have the cheese in her sandwich melted and then cold salami put on top, telling her something along the lines of ?You?re meant to order from this first section and then move along and order from this section after it?s been under the grill?. I?m not sure if he was correct or if every other person we?ve ever been served by in other Subway restaurants is polite and accommodating enough to just make my daughter the sandwich she wants without being quite arsey and making her feel uncomfortable. He was lucky my fiancé didn?t bite his head off for being so rude. Anyway, I then ordered my sandwich, choosing a special which was a chicken caesar salad sandwich. They asked me what I wanted in it and when I said I?d just like it standard, as it comes on the menu, they didn?t understand what I meant. Maybe my mistake thinking I could order the sandwich pictured and priced on the board, I honestly don?t know. Anyway, I asked for chicken and some salad. Got to the end and was asked which sauce I wanted. I said caesar dressing and they said ?we don?t have any?. No one thought it worth mentioning this when I asked for? hopeless. Then we went and sat down at a table which was really dirty even though there was about five members of staff and only one other table occupied when we arrived. The sandwiches were passable, about normal for Subways but everything else about the visit was poor. Dirty, unhygienic restaurant, rude staff, poor service and letting customers order items which are not available. The worst fast food place we?ve been to for as long as I can remember.

We tried the new steak & cheese melt and it was awesome. I'd definitely get it again.The staff are really friendly and nice.Lots of free parking spaces available.The only negative thing was that the restaurant was rather untidy.

Zero stars. Ordered tuna sandwich and I could hardly see or test tuna, empty cool bread nothing in it. Avoid it, quality is rubbish.

More than once we have pre-ordered from this Subway, and more than once we have been disappointed in the quantity of the servings. Ordered Nachos; upon getting home discovered a box of nachos with a small bit of melted cheese in the middle, and an even smaller bit of salsa underneath the nachos. The sub that was ordered came with a reduced amount of salad, and NO cheese. Another sub had a different type of cheese, (if you could find it), and was charged an extra £1 for the privilege of locating it hiding in the corner. The cost of a subway is not cheap these days, so to make sure you are getting all you have ordered and are entitled to. I strongly recommend that you order in person when using this particular restaurant. That way you can see that you receive exactly what you should, rather than travel home and discover a disappointing offering. The quality of the food was standard, just the quantity was poor.

Subway is normally a dependable staple for food on the go. However, this particular franchise store has persistent issues with stock on items that quite frankly, scream with poor management or lazy staff. For example, bagged veg e.g. pickles, jalapeños etc. running out midday is either the staff being too lazy to open another bag, or the management not ordering enough in.Not talking about cooked meats or running out of breads - they take time to solve. But sauces and most salad is not excusable.I've resorted to simply not using this store anymore and recommend you don't either.

Toilets were really smelly and the sinks could do with a bleach round the taps too. Hugely overpricedParking: There was plenty of parking spacesWheelchair accessibility: It seemed wheelchair accessible apart from the massive puddle at the front door caused by the guttering being full of vegetation. Need a boat to get in
