Ridiculous online returns policy where the customer needs to do all the leg work rather than just a simple return to their nearest store. Also, given there?s have no way of trying on the garment ordered online I think a full refund should be the only option and not credit notes? Complete scam and rip off - will definitely not shop at Tiger Lilly again

2 out of 3 items faulty (Brand NB Avenue). New online return system in place, very time consuming. Upload photos if faulty and no information of where to return the item,had to get intouch for a postal address.Return label was sent via email (not everyone has a printer at home). As a regular customer this is very off putting. Afraid to say my last purchase, can buy the goods elsewhere. Need to look at their new process not beneficial like other companies.Returns now refunded 24/05.

Nice to hear their shops are satisfactory, shame their online ordering is letting them down, returned my purchases by Royal Mail, this was received Monday 20th February and I have still not have received communication that my refund is being processed. I have contacted both by email and a few calls to Broughty ferry shop, aware the shop is limited and can only pass on the message for online service. All in all definitely no customer satisfaction, I certainly will not be ordering again.
