Had a chipper tonight, two meals. The woman behind the counter used her hand to pick up fish and fritters for the orders. I thought this unhygienic. I will not eat here again. Not just that, it was greasy. I'll be on the lookout for somewhere else.Not recommended.

The meals were delivered cold, greasy and the chicken was burnt at the bottom and swimming in grease It was totally disgusting and even the dog refused it

I placed an order around 4.20 pm, 20 minutes after they opened. Unfortunately, somehow 2 out of the 2 items I ordered were unavailable, so I wasn't able to have what I initially ordered. I was told I'd get a refund for one of the items, we'll see if/when this happens.The food was barely warm-ish when it arrived, it was very greasy and oily and tasted and smelled like old, used cooking oil(bear in mind I placed my order 20 mins after they opened). Very disappointed, and kinda confused because I thought it'd be pretty good based on the reviews.

Had Tony?s last night it was up to standards as usual delivery came on time food was warm everything was there that I ordered totally recommend will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered at 5.15 and didn?t come until 6.40. Missing items from order and there was no salt and vinegar on the food like asked. They sent the delivery driver back out with missing items but we have finished our food and still no sign so will be sending them away. Weren?t offered any money back and staff were rude. Not a great experience.

Had a fish super not bad size of fish batter a bit greasy for my liking. The chips where lovely and a large portion . Definitely would go back
