Looked like just the place for all we wanted a stop for: toilets, cafe, petrol and a bit of shopping. But none of the first three were available!

First of all, the staff are incredibly lovely and helpful! Always enjoyed a wee chat at the checkout but lately there's only 1 till open in the evenings (sometimes even none around 7pm?) and staff are instead all across the store stocking shelves. It's become a really stressful environment to grab some bits after work lately. Used to be nice and calm even with many customers in the evening but with many tills open and no bulky items blocking half of the aisles. I feel very sorry for the staff having to refill so much stock while customers are trying to squeeze past at such a busy time in the shop. What is going on? Please bring back more open tills, not everyone enjoys self service or your scan and go! And that's coming from someone in their 30s.

Went in today and bought egg salad filler. Got home to find that when I opened it it contents were black (not noticeable from outside packaging). Went back up with receipt and got my money back. Not amused and what I got back was probably less than it cost in petrol to return it!! If it had been Tesco I would have got my money back and a replacement item at least! Inconvenience and lost time out of my day not even considered

We get our weekly shopping there. Familiar helpdul friendly staff. Good selection of goods from health and beauty, electrical, household to groceries, clothing and frozen foods.

16:30 on a Friday afternoon and the pizza counter is closed??? 2 members of staff behind the counter making pizzas but a sign up saying ?sorry we are closed?Absolutely shocking customer service.

I was shopping today but couldn't pay with my phone, after it crashed a day before. I asked if I could leave my shopping at the desk near the tilts? A very nice lady helped me with it. I ran home for my card and went back to the shop. By the time she scanned my stuff, bagged it and even put it in the mini fridge at the information desk. I just had to pay and go! I'm absolutely amazed how helpful and kind she was and everyone else in the store! Always smiling and helpful. Thank You! I love to shop here.

My experience at this local ASDA has always exceeded my expectations, the staff are most wonderful at serving the customers. I can find small things I enjoy like coconut water, sweeties a huge selection & chocolates too. I enjoy the stores own brand of oatmeal milk..plus the birds love & enjoy the seeds, the fat bombs and little fat pieces too . I cannot express how much I really enjoy shopping here and some days I visit several times to pick up items for my evening meal. I Thank you staff at the Saint Leanards store located in our new proud city of Dunfermline.

Staff are quite unpleasant.1st time doing click and collect yesterday evening so was not sure how things work. Went to the customer desk and stood there to ask a question just to be welcomed with a young female telling me at the front of other customer in a very rude tone that I must use a machine and pointed at it with her head making a disgusted face like I should know this - such a great customer service!Then a dramatic comment as apparently my order was not next door to her but the door across the corridor, like 15 seconds walk...I wont be back. There was no need to behave like this and I found the experience quite embarassing since others witnessed it so never again.So anybody wanting to do click and collect there - do your research as no help available.

Gill from the pizza counter shouldn't be employed in a customer facing environment. Arguing and giving customers attitude over making 1 pizza. Absolutely ridiculous then continuing with insulting customers infront of the duty manager. Clearly doesn't care about customer service or getting introuble for there actions.

I'd like to say a massive thank you to Jordan who was very helpful yesterday. Asda had a meal deal offer for Valentines but had no starters available, without the starter their would be no deal. Jordan went above and beyond to sort it out. She was absolutely brilliant.
