Can?t fault the team, very helpful. Had two new tyres and four wheel alignment done as it was way out. Car developed a traction control fault after the work was done, took it back and the guys went over and above to fix it for me, even though they weren?t sure of the cause. Plugged it in to the diagnostic machine and cleared the fault. Happy days

Dropped in this morning 21 st October to Elgin Industrial estate in Dunfermline. I was in a panic as needed wipers fitted before I could travel to see my Dad in hospital. The man was brilliant, as dealing with three people at same time. popped out and fitted them for me in minutes so I could get away. Definitely will use ATS again . Mrs Watt

I'm honestly amazed at the service here. They put other garages to shame. In for an oil change and finished within 30 minutes. Every other garage seems to want you to drop the car off at 9am and leave it there to wait on a phonecall when it's done. For a 30 minute job!? But here, you book your time, they start when they say they will and your car is returned to you as soon as the work is completed. Can't fault them at all and will be back in future.Last comment: the waiting room was presentable and the staff polite. Top marks.

The staff at the Dunfermline ATS are amazing and go above and beyond to help me. They never let me down and have helpful advice too. Thanks to you all - totally recommend for anything to do with tyres etc ?

Quoted almost three times the amount by the usual suspects for a replacement exhaust part , but this garage was polite and professional from start to finish, will be back if reqd def recommend

Booked my car for an AC service, on arrival of appointment I got told the machine wasn?t working, rubbish customer service, on way back to my car, one of their employees says the machine is back on line, waited another 45 mins only to be told sorry, not working, got promised a ring back, 3 weeks later, heard nothing back.1st time trying this garage and it?s the last.
