Cafe Giacomo is centrally located and is a nice cozy spot to get away. The scones are nice as is the staff.

Love this place. 1st went here about 45 years ago with my gran. My fave was mince pie topped with mash and beans washed down with a coke float! . My gran would have a wee milky coffee with a vanilla slice x

Went into the Cafe for a cuppa & I thought will have some Toast I asked the Girl if the price was for 2 Slices of Toasts she replied no 1 Slice at a Price of £1.15 which in my opinion was well over priced.I then said can I have 3 Slices so that cost me £3.45 I could have bought 2 cheap supermarket loafs of bread for less than the price of 1 slice of Toast day light robbery .I go regular so will be my last visit to this over priced cafe .I can go to a other Food place & a popular place more expensive but the Cafe Giacomo was well over priced. So will not be back at this Place .

I went to Cafe Giacomo many times as a child and it will always remain as my favourite cafe. I would highly recommend Cafe Giacomo. 10/10 every single time.

I would be in Cafe Giacomo almost every weekend when I was a little girl. I have good memories of the place.

Been there a handful of times over a period of years and won't be back. Cheerful staff don't make up for misrepresentation - went in at 2pm on Saturday to be told "the chips finished at 1pm, no haggis, no sausages for kids meals"!!? Cramped seating and substandard toilets just underlined what a sorry place it really is.

Visiting Giacomos is like taking a step back in time - the place hasn't changed much in the last 20 years! The vinyl seats and the little booths at the back are still there! This cafe offers a selection of cakes with coffee as well as a lunch menu with sandwiches, pasties and pies. The food is fresh and hot and the service is good, although it can be quite slow, especially if the place is busy. Not really the place to take a buggy as its a bit of a squeeze inside, but otherwise its a nice place to stop in for a refresher or a break from shopping! Nice handy location opposite Clydesdale Bank.
