ive gone to this shop since it first open. im 60 years old and i still dont know why i go here. Mandy verbally abuses me everytime i walk in. she calls me fat even though im no where near being as fat as her. the prices are ridiculous. the staff are horrible. this man called Steven is so horrible to the school children. sometimes i wonder of who ate all the Stephens and then i remember Mandy is alive. joke place wouldn't recommend.

I got charged £1.50 for a custard slice that's displayed as a square size it always used to be. The sneaky £?×#@ cut it in half when you buy it!! So to sum up £1.50 for a pinky size shaped custard slice. Makes you sick don't it

The store manager Mandy was very rude to a wee girl in the shop who put a hankie in her pocket in the shop she was told to her to empty her pocket when she saw it was a tissue there was no apology to the wee girl who was close to tears and embarrassed she should be sacked think she has angry wee wife syndrome also her car lies on the crossing outside the shop she wants it as close to shop as possible to save her walking other staff are not much better Glynis I think her name is is rude and dour with no customer service at all would avoid this place

I have been going here for almost 3 years now and the shop doesn?t improve day by day I go. The staff are scandalous and don?t treat the pupils right. The manager of the shop think her name is Mandy doesn?t treat you well and she yells at pupils for no reason, also to mention the prices are through the roof. Avoid this shop at all costs.

wouldn?t recommend this place staff are rude treat you very badly and think of you as a bit dirt, the woman at the door known as mandy thinks she runs the show shouting at school children telling them what to do. hot food from stevens is cold and stale wouldn?t even waste your time ,, prices are through the roof and kids still go there keeping that shop in business and they treat them like that.

This shop is shambolical they treat school children horribly and order them about to get a move on when they are not picking up anything within being in the shop 5 seconds. The main gaffer is Mandy she is built like a bowling ball needs to be sacked asap.

I am going to be brutally honest this coop is a joke worst in fife actually no worst in the world the manger known as Mandy she treats school children as if there peace of dirt on her shoe she shouts and roars at them when they pay half her wage the fact she is still working there concerns me leaving them out to freeze in ques whilst she is nice and warm in her shop treating them like a joke she needs to get her act together and be kinder

if I could give a zero I would, for the manager alone,this woman continues to seem somehow still be aloud to work for this company. although she is never on her own shop floor continues to give unrealistic goals and expectations to staff not only in her own store but many others while sitting comfortably in her office watching cameras barking orders. While taking care of other stores also steals their productivity hours and gives to her own staff!!! meanwhile the other stores staff have zero overtime. it's about time this womans behaviour was challenged by head office and not brushed under the rug.. COME ON CO OP WAKE UP
