Booked car in for a service and was advised the car brake fluid needed changed. I expected this as had been 3 years since the last fluid replacement. The receptionist also said the windscreen wipers needed replaced which I knew was untrue so only agreed and paid for brake fluid. The service sheet recorded the brake fluid had been replaced. It wasn't until the next service 12 months later at another garage the car failed the brake fluid check (which was shown to me) and they stated it would not fail unless they had not changed the fluid or had used contaminated fluid. I contacted the service manager at Halbeath by email but was ignored. I would not buy a car or have it serviced here again. Watch what they charge you for !Service: Auto maintenance

Worst tyre company ever, shambles online booking, when I called to confirm details of booking, 2 tyres to be fitted in had to spend 20 mins on the phone to a patronising woman who told me I had to rebook (the whole process again) only to be told that I could drop the car off in 3 days to and pick it up in 2 hours.....for fitting 2 tyres? Canceled it all and wouldn't recommend, worst customer service I've ever had on the phone ever.
