GAME store staff know their products and give great advice. I've been with the franchise for at least 20 years and they are great. You get great bargains too sometimes like a free call of duty phone holder one time. No complaints, just praise!

Bought Mario wireless earphones for my sons birthday but after charging them up we found that one earphone would not work or charge. No longer having the receipt and took them back and shown the man working in the store my bank statement for the earphones but he wasn?t willing to exchange them without a paper receipt.
Looking at their website under returns states that within 28 days a bank statement can be used as proof so I have now had to take this further with Game.

Small store so it can be difficult to look at things when it's busy, but staff are very friendly and there's plenty of options.

Bit overpriced, staff wiping their noses on hands then serving customers.. boakThen when you ask them to wash - sanitise their hand you get smart arsed responses. Will not be returning.

Always liked this specific Game store for it's friendly staff that are always ready to help. Some staff have changed over the years but the service remains consistent.

Usual gaming merchandise available, I noticed quite alot of items with money off, great at this time of the year. The assistant was polite and really helpful with our Pokemon enquiries.

WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE ??TWO DAYS AFTER PURCHASE WHEN I WENT TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM THEY SAID THAT THEY WON'T DO THE EXCHANGES THEY WON'T DO THE REFUND AND THEY SAID THAT THEIR STORE POLICY IS IN SUCH A WAY THAT IF THE BOX IS OPEN THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.FIRST EXPERIENCE ?ACTUALLY I WANTED TO GIVE 0 STAR, UNFORTUNATELY SINCE THE MINIMUM RATING HAS TO BE A STAR I'M PUTTING IT ONE STAR.
