I don't normally take time out of my busy schedule to complain about staff but I felt like I need to write this.My uncle came today in the morning to talk about his lost SIM card today and out of the three staff members none of them were helpful. They were more concerned with being on their phone than dealing with customers right in front of them. My uncle (who is South Asian) also felt disrespected and ignored. Please take care about the quality of customer service being offered at important locations like this.

I went up yesterday and the service was great by zibby and Steve they wear so helpful I got my new upgrade phone they wear both great

Terrible service. Ordered a phone online and paid the full thing of in 1 payment only to be told you need photo ID to pick up I've been a customer for years and never needed ID which I don't have so they now cancelled my iPhone 15 pro max order and refused to refund the year's payment on my current phone that I upgraded with to get the iPhone typical will take the money online and don't need any ID but then when coming to pick it up in person ur not allowed it robbery at its finest so now I'm left with nothing and out of pocket till I get a refund if anything and I have no phone and now I need to wait 4 weeks to get the phone I wanted but this time I've gone to a better provider EE. I would highly recommend avoiding o2 as their customer service is awful to start and don't get me started on the actual connection always low signals.

Great phone shop, lovely clean and very well presented displays.The staff were very knowledgeable and both friendly and helpful.

Disappointed they keep discontinuing the sale of decent makes like 5Plus and Huawei ?Been with O2 for years but like the limited choice they stock now.

Wheelchair accessible entrances. Very efficient and friendly staff. Based on this visit I would recommend this store.

I went and took a phone in for a sim card for a car phone that is 22 years old and was finding it hard to get help about it, when I managed to visit this store I found Robert to be so helpful and understanding and I managed to get my 22 year old car phone working. So thankful to the 2 gents at this store I have never been so happy about a service from a phone shop before ??

So disappointed with this store I have been really unwell with covid after buying my son xmas didn't relise I was out with the 14 day window for to change my mind on type of phone customer service says it would be stores discretion as seals were all still intact and all I got from store manage was nothing I can do a phone call should have been made to extend the time its not something I was thinking about with having this well seen he hasn't had this horrible disease I've been a customer for over 14 years with 02 very disappointed
