“Had my eye test a couple of weeks ago and was advised I needed new glasses. I have been going to Boots opticians for a good number of years and have always found all the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. There are a large range of frames to choose from and all sorts of options for lenses.Boots are a little more expensive than others but any issues with your glasses are addressed immediately and minor repairs are carried out free of charge.”

“Have no issue with pharmacy at all, I will even say great staff, been there hundreds times as my son have diabetes. Last Friday was running late after work and get there two minutes before closing 17:58 they doesn’t shut earlier and definitely doesn’t let me feel guilty for run in last minute :)”

“I am completing this on behalf of my Mum. She attends regularly for eye tests due to having macular degeneration. This was picked up during an eye test two years ago in the store and she often sees the same member of staff. I have met him on one occasion and I feel like she is in excellent hands. He’s a very friendly, knowledgeable man and my Mum always comes away understanding what he’s told her and feeling reassured if she’s asked for a check before her annual recall time.
