Went to get my new passport organised this morning and I can't fault the staff. One of the ladies was new and I was asked if I minded if she does my form etc as she was just learning. Which was fine with me. Both ladies were great.

This post office is amazing. If it wasnt for the lovely lady with the pink hair i wouldn't be going on holiday at christmas. She advised me on my issue and expiry date wouldn't cover me. An appointment was made on the 16th october for my husband and I and guess what we both got our new passports yesterday 31st October. This was truly amazing. Thank you. X

Terrible place, highly unprofessional staff.Uneducated people pretending to be smart, I?ve had numerous issues with them over the years.Try to avoid if possible.I am actually considering reporting them to the head office.

I've been using this Post Office for the past 12 months or so, and really can't rate the place HIGH enough!The staff are always happy to explain the different services available and never fail to have the knowledge to answer any of my many questions.No matter how busy the place gets, the professionalism and customer service shines through and in my eyes the staff are a true asset to the local community.
