“Our experience was a five star, since we had a blow out on the M90 and were to be towed to a tyre depot. We were in our way to Glasgow airport and we only had 2 and a half hours to get our flight . I phoned the branch and asked them if they could do a quick turn around of 2 rear tyres and they said they could. We met Jason the area manager and Conan the branch manager both guys rolled up there sleeves and changed our tyres almost as quick as Red Bull F1. We appreciate the good work of this branch of Kwikfit and went above and beyond there service 10 out of 10 guys.All their bats were full and they changed the tyres in the courtyard for us. Keep up the good work.”

“I was in this morning to have a tyre changed. I had ordered the wrong tyre for my vehicle and it was explained to me that it could compromise my safety if that tyre was fitted. The reasons for this were clearly explained to me and alternatives were offered. The customer service from Blair was excellent and I felt informed and valued (which has not always been my experience with other garages!). I would absolutely recommend this garage will definitely be using them again.”

“Had some rattling from underneath the car so first choice is always to contact Derek at D&G Autocare - Pitreavie, Dunfermline. Handed the car in first thing this morning for the rattling to be investigated and Derek called not long after to explain what the issue was and that the car was ready for pick up. I honestly cannot rate D&G at Pitreavie highly enough for being so approachable, helpful, friendly and value for money. Derek's customer service is absolutely first class and is always super helpful and accommodating! I wouldn't go anywhere else!”
