My local chemist <3, picking up prescriptions is alright just make sure to save your meds, to last a day longer than when it says it?s ready for pick-up, also give them a call if you like being treated as inferior or dumb all because of asking questions that are perfectly appropriate to ask a pharmacist.

They don't care for the people, lost my prescription waiting 2 weeks no call, no nothing disgraceful and disgusting behaviour from pharmacy when prescription can impact your whole life.

Used to be a great wee chemist. However standards have dropped substantially. GP collected prescriptions can take as long as a fortnight, texts informing patients that their prescriptions are ready are not sent despite their medication sitting on shelf. AND the place stinks! Damp, mould and sewage. Staff blame flats above but the stench was there long before the flats were re-let.Well? Yes, well down hill.

Service is shocking it seems like a customer is seen as a nuisance with who you have to deal instead of who brings in business. No customer focus at all. Many times all together chatting and working on one order then splitting up and all working on different things. Its just bad bad bad.

Currently a very vulnerable adult, with instructions from doctor that my prescription was ready for pick up. I went to the well pharmacy to learn my medication was out for delivery. I asked who authorised this, no answer. Two members of staff, pharmacist and till operator noticed I was experiencing a panic attack and both attacked with words and I couldn't breathe. I was escorted off the premises without my medication.Really, is this how the NHS staff treat sick people. We are not interested in their weight loss or fancy nails. Hey trained before you upset anybody else.

Handed my prescription in early this morning and was told it would take 20 minutes, advised the lady that I would just pop in at lunchtime to collect it.I called in and she couldn?t find it, asked me what the items were and told the pharmacist she?d put it in a basket and he said he hadn?t moved anything! Then has to wait around 15-20 minutes for it. No apology for hassle or delay. Not great service really.
