If I could give 0 starts I would. Never in my life have I been so enraged with a service. Your opening at times that are ridiculous, how do you expect anyone to get their parcels between 8-10am when the majority of people are at work. It?s extremely inconvenient and your Saturday times aren?t any better, 8-12am is simply not good enough and the fact that?s it?s only 14 hours of availability a week is a joke. If this branch can?t even afford to pay 24 hours worth of wages a week at the least, then it simply shouldn?t be operating. I wish the absolute worst to everyone who was involved in setting these times so just know that there is a special place in hell for all of you.Save yourself the fuel, time and trouble by ordering a redelivery because it?s not worth it at all. I?ve spent no less than 4hours of my long weekend just trying to get my parcel

Got a package for next day delivery from Essex to Aberdeen that I really needed and it says it won?t come till later so I set an alarm for 10 just for it to come at half 8 in the morning and now I can?t get a re delivery for later and the post office closes at 10 cus they clearly don?t care about customer service and do the absolute bare minimum, now I payed £10 for next day delivery and it won?t come till tomorrow when it is now 9 in the morning and they could easy redeliver it since it?s next day delivery tracked but no not like I need it urgently or anything.??????

The working hours is a joke, how i suppose to take my parcel?? Used to be Thursday longer day, now we are without internet connection as we don?t have router.Used to be Thursday longer so I managing but now?.Its just makes one problem more in life and to stress where I shouldn?t beVery disappointed

Can you please change your opening hours to be more inconvenient. Why would anyone expect you to be open on a weekday for longer than 2 hours like any other normal functioning business. If you could just hold my package to ransom for a little longer I?ll try to find a convenient time to meet your limited opening hours.

Parking can be interesting,however,the clerk that helped me with my parcels was very helpful and friendly.

Opening hours are a joke. Parking is terrible. Post office redirect options online are terrible, it does not list the nearest one.

What the actual joke are those opening hours. Do they not think that some people actually have work on most of these hours? Thursday, exception but then half the city will be there trying to collect their stuff... at least open during lunch hours so people can come by... no thought was put into it.

Why is the depo only open till 10am, the times are not on the card and they didn't even try to deliver it to a neighbour
