Just moved into a new home so came for some new carpets, managed to get a really good deal on an offcut and got it booked in for fitting the following week, turns out the schedule for my home was wrong and the offcut was just slightly too small so I decided to use that for my office room and went in to sort a carpet for my bedroom. I initially spoke with Jason and Anoushka who were both lovely and very helpful, went back in but unfortunately Jason was unwell (hope he is feeling better) and dealt with another member of staff who I can't remember his name (sorry) but he was also very helpful and helped me get a carpet sorted for my bedroom and added it to the same delivery and fitting date as my original carpet so got both carpets delivered and fitted on the same day. Lovely staff in the EK store

I was looking for laminate for the living room. Staff in the store were great and well informed. They helped me pick out the best one for my space. All very pleasant and friendly. The stock was ordered in quickly and the fitter came out promptly on a day that suited me well. We've had no issues whatsoever. I've since been back in for carpet for a family home and again the experience was enjoyable. The carpet was in stock and delivered to their home the following week as planned. Fitted beautifully and quickly. 2 very happy customers. Highly recommend.

I shopped at carpet right in East Kilbride for a carpet & flooring for my new house. All the staff were very efficient and super friendly taking the time to show me all the options available & giving their professional advice. Special thanks to Anoushka who went above and beyond to make our experience smooth sailing and answered any queries i had. The carpet fitters who came out to lay the carpet/flooring were very friendly too & laid everything down perfectly. Would recommend 10/10
