Has to visit ee Ek store today and the young female worker today was excellent. Explained in simple terms for me the technical issues I was having with my mobile. I was very impressed. Also provided excellent information in explaining options for upgrade. First class service all round

Still not got my phone fixed. Man was nice but he said it was because I had too many apps open closed them down. The he told me it was fixed. Only to phone for a taxi an hour later and the same warning about battery came up again.

I've been an EE customer for ages and have never found fault with them. Went into the EE store in East Kilbride today for an upgrade and Michael couldnt have been more helpful.
