Car sales are not renowned for their customer service, but this particular branch takes it to new lows.Ordered a new Ford, despite the fact that a rival dealer was offering a slightly better deal, as thought the staff seemed honest and personable.it got to 5 days before expected delivery (which in itself was 2 days before Christmas) and I had to chase.When the car did eventually arrive, the deal that I had agreed on, and signed for, and waited four months for, was no longer available to me. My options were to take a considerably more expensive deal, or walk away. Unsurprisingly, I chose the latter.I have put my concerns and disappointment in writing, via email, and they haven't even bothered to reply.I cannot stress enough, to avoid this branch.

Myself , son and daughter all bought cars this week .Part exchange deals were excellent but praise needs to go to Steve and Charles .Both made us all feel very welcome and our cars were turned out to a very high standard , really went the extra mile .I have been buying cars for over 30 years and never used Evan?s Halshaw before but I would genuinely have no problem in certainly recommending Steve and Charles at East Kilbride branch .More often it?s the people that make the company ?

Good friendly customer service. James looked after us well and made the process easy. We even changed our mind a couple of times but he was not phased. Overall pleased with the service. Car is clean and well looked after by the previous owner. I would buy again.

During my visit at Evan?s halshaw was fantastic , Steve who was looking after me during my visit made sure I got the car that I wanted and didn?t have to wait too long for the vehicle . Every step during the process of the car I was informed about.All I can say is I had a very good experience with this car company, will visit again in future, the staff were amazing and kind from reception and getting put through to Steve who was handling my request .

Evans Halshaw East Kilbride provides excellent customer service. I got a new Ford Focus estate and it?s really nice. The staff at EH were really friendly, professional and kept me up to date throughout the whole ordering and delivery process. I would highly recommend the Evans Halshaw East Kilbride dealership.
