I mainly use Morrison to purchase my fuel. Its always pretty busy but as it's self service you just take your time and get the fuel you need.Staff are pretty quick and you aren't held back for long.

Run off the mill fuel station, overcharging for fuel like the rest.

I really dont know why, but every time I visit there is no protective gloves present, and diesel is always low. Furthermore the diesel pumps are mostly broken at times

Average petrol station. Inside the petrol station shop it is VERY cramped though. Could do eith being either extended or refurbished. You have to stand single file and squeeze your way between the centre food stand and the other shelves

Called the main store (number on google) and was directed to call a customer services number instead with my urgent query. It was busy so took some time to speak with someone. They tried contacting the petrol station directly but there was no answer so the agent (who was lovely and very helpful) gave me the direct number for the petrol station. Called the petrol station myself. It was ringing out repeatedly which I could understand when they are busy. However, they then picked up the phone and rather than saying hello, we'll be right with you, I'm just dealing with a customer. They just sat the phone down off the hook. I could hear quiet chat in the background. I held on for about 50 seconds shouting hello, can you hear me before giving up. I called loads after and it was the engaged tone I was receiving as clearly the phone was still off the hook. After nearly 30mins of trying, I finally spoke to a female member of staff in the petrol station who was not only rude but clearly not interested in offering any kind of practical help. She told me that she's serving someone else right now so is too busy to help me and that her system won't allow her to go back far enough anyway.I told her that I had the reg, make and model of the car as well as the approximate time of sale, but she said they don't have car details there (despite all the signs saying otherwise). She then grudgingly told me to call the store and I explained that I had already tried that so could she give me the number. She told me she didn't have it and I should Google it. I explained that I already had and had been advised by the automated service to call an 0345 number instead. She asked what number I'd called (so I had to check my call history) I read it out to her and interrupting me she told me option 9. I need to press option 9 to speak to the store (which I hadn't heard in the list of options when I first made contact with the store). She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her and really shouldn't even be calling her and interrupting her day.She told me that I was to call the main store (again) and speak with a manager or someone who can check the main system. Had the phone not been left off the hook for so long, perhaps it would have been possible for her to look it up and saved everyone a lot of hassle.I managed to finally speak with someone in store who took the details and said they'd look into it and call me back. They did so relatively quickly and answered my query.A very stressful situation made worse by poor customer service from the member of staff in the petrol station itself. The call centre agent and Cameron (I think he said his name was) were very helpful though.I work in customer services and understand how stressful it can be when you have lots of people needing your attention but that's no excuse for being rude and impolite. If you can't hack the pace, perhaps a change in career would be best, perhaps one that is not people facing. Something to think about.

At least from Morissons you receive vouchers ie, 7p off per litre & i find this shop value for money unlike overpriced Sainsbury's. example the same bottle of Beer £1.77 morissons £2.20. Sainsburys, a saving of £2.58 if you bought Six. As i do the shopping i don't like being Ripped off. Good shop.

They've avoided hiking their fuel prices too much unlike other unscrupulous competitors

This is our local petrol station. Sunday morning is a good time to fill up as practically empty. They also have an air pressure and hoover unit.Inside you can get your essentials even hot drinks to go.
