Have used this Post Office for years, always got good service and it felt like a family business that I wanted to support. Last Monday I dropped off a pre paid parcel no issues. Today I went in same type of pre paid parcel and was told they no longer accept online paid parcels as they dont get paid and that I would have to take it to Cambuslang. While I have sympathy if they are not getting paid, they are pretty inconsistent and perhaps most annoying the information about having to go to Cambuslang was misleading. I dropped parcels off in EK no problem. Maybe just having a bad day, lets hope so.

I love my local post office, I use it maybe 4-5 times a week. They go over and above to make my visit as easy and as pleasant as possible, love my chats with Kevin, kevin(son), Pamela and Stella and the other staff (sorry not sure of the 2 other ladies names!). Keep doing what your doing! ??

I went into the Post office last week to get my passport sorted. Service was absolutely exceptional. Although there was a queue of maybe 3 people I was waiting less than 5 minutes. Got my passport sorted and the guy offered to post it for me. Fabulous. 10/10
