Just booked a holiday to Florida with Kira (sorry if I spelled it wrong), she was absolutely brilliant! Had gone in yesterday just to get an idea for cost and she gave us everything we needed and we were able to go away and think about it last night and made a very easy decision! I phoned the East Kilbride branch with a flight query and spoke to David. In less than 2 mins he had checked I'd done what I was supposed to do. Helpful, polite young man that put my mind at ease.
