“Walked in days before a wedding unsure what to wear. Soon after having a look around a lady came to see if I needed help - she was amazing. Asked a few questions about what I was looking for, grabbed various dresses and helped with some quick changes to find a great dress, all in my lunch hour. Brilliant service, wish I'd caught her name.”

“The staff in this store are exceptional, with special mention to Jean and Susan. I haven't shopped in store for years until recently and have been into this store many times in the last month for advice. Even though it has sometimes not resulted in a sale, the staff have been so helpful and kind, giving suggestions, searching the stockroom and generally going above and beyond the call of duty in helping me find suitable items. When I complimented the Manager on her lovely staff she was genuinely delighted for them.”

“Outstanding customer service from Jenny, who went the extra mile to find what I had seen online but wasn't on the shop floor. She then brought several options to the fitting room when I asked for a white top. Shop is clean, spacious and well laid out with unique changing rooms.Clothing is good quality with unique designs and good range of sizes. Lovely gifts and accessories also. Well worth a visit especially as Summer sale has just begun :)”

“Outstanding! We visited the store back in 2019 and I purchased a large Black Watch scarf. I had my eye on the mini cape but didn't think I'd have the room in my luggage. Fast-forward a few years and I'm still thinking of that cape. With what's going on in the world, I reckon it will be a while before I'm back in Scotland so I hopped online! Ordering was a breeze and I was thankful they still carried it. What amazed me the most is how fast the shipping was to Canada! No unexpected costs as others have mentioned. The cape is stunning and very good quality. Just as I remembered it. Now that autumn is upon us, I have already worn it a couple of times. I am VERY happy with my purchase. My entire experience from start to finish was perfect. I will definitely be ordering more from them.”

“Decent sized branch with room to browse (unlike the cramped branch on princes St!) past security at the airport. Good selection of jewellery, sunglasses, bags, hats, scarves etc. Prices are the same as high street, and a useful stop for browsing or if you need the final touch to an outfit or you've forgotten your sunnies for your holiday! Friendly, helpful staff.”

“Great choices and quality. They have great discounts too now. The lady who works there is nice and try’s to help but the store gets crowded and there is only her works as a cashier and also organizing the store.”

“If you just make one stop for souvenir shopping, this place is it. Not only is it a Princes St original (make sure you check out their shopfront), they even have a tearoom (unfortunately closed for most of January.)They have the biggest variety of all possible gifts from Scotland - notably the biggest range of whisky fudges, biscuits, alcohol samplers, but so many fashion items too, even slate homeware which I didnt see anywhere else - with a range of prices. It had a real magic bazaar feel to it (with a Scottish twist), because of the size of the shop & the dizzying amount of choices. Also helpful that they have promos, sales items by the counters & bundle deals for those who need a haul to bring home to family & friends. If you're looking for generic china-made souvenirs like magnets, keychains, they admittedly have a smaller variety of these, but you can head to any shop on the Royal Mile for those anyway. Just past that section is walls of tiny bottles of whisky, gin (& there might have been rum too), representing all the distilling regions & so many of the distillers. This section is worth exploring even on its own just to see everything. Had to stop myself from getting a tiny bottle of evetything! Of course, they have the full bottles as well, which you can ask them to pack for your luggage situation.”

“We got married here 17 years ago on the 27th July ❤️. It was the Royal Overseas League at the time. Such a magnificent building, we were treated like royalty and made to feel so special on our special day. Being born and bred in Edinburgh, this venue meant so much to us both, as we are very proud of of home city and to get married in the shadow of Edinburgh Castle was the highlight for us!. My husband and i cannot wait to celebrate an anniversary by staying overnight with you in the near future. Wishing you every success with 100 Princes Street.”
