Ordered online for collection at my local store. The website confirmed it was in stock. My partner went to collect for me and low and behold, item not stocked. So after taking my money, not giving me the item, giving my partner the option of a credit note since my card wasn?t present(which was declined), to then marking my order as collected. Been told a refund would be processed, yet I am still waiting and as usual with Argos, it?s a task to even speak to someone. Phone numbers ring out, no email to contact anyone.

Customer service is awful. I bought a washing machine and I emphasised that I had surgery and needed an installation plan(the product had a free installation offer). They just delivered the item and I noticed that they haven't set up the installation in their system. This has been failed by Kyle in this branch. However, the item was a faulty one and walked on the floor. Anyway, I went back and asked them kindly to refund the item. They said ok we give you 2 discount vouchers. After that, the refund was not completed and instead of paying £430, they paid £380, imagine with all my stitches and pains I had to go back and ask them again. Hence, they sorted it out and another manager apologized and gave me 1 more 10% voucher. After a while, Today I went there to buy some stuff and I asked another manager why no one signed the 3 vouchers, she grabbed them from my hands in a disrespectful way and said to me You are not allowed to have 3. Excuse me???? I didn't ask for them your colleagues gave them to me and took 2 of them and gave me back one. I never received such a rude attitude from a manager. This is unbelievable that she thought something wrong or I stole them or whatever, I even gave them the 3rd voucher and said I will talk to the other manager. Long story short, the way that they behaved was an act of being offensive to a customer who was asking them only a question. Let's be honest, without taking a side this is a terrible branch of Argos and I don't recommend anybody to deal with them at all. For 4 times they made me go there and finally received an insult.

Whenever I come to Argos I?m quickly reminded why I don?t shop here. Each and every staff member has failed in life. Tragically, there isn?t a single brain cell between them and Argos may as well hire Goldfish to do their jobs. I was utterly speechless at the sheer stupidity. It was like being back in my Standard Grade French class. God only knows how I survived both equally horrific experiences. Au revoir!

The middle aged white woman with the arm tattoos is trash. Also, the middle aged asian woman is trash.It surprises me that an organisation keeps puts unqualified fools in charge of a business.After trying to speak with an actual manager on several occasions I gave up. Instead, I am writing to the head office about these two middle aged woman. The white middle aged woman I believe her name is Kathryn made insulting comments even before my issue was brought up. Then, I left came back to speak with a middle aged short asian woman who also was rude.It is amazing how quickly a business can lose customers because of rude staff!!!

I bought a waterpik here. It was only when I opened the box that I discovered it was charged via a shaver socket which I don't have. They would not refund me. I had to buy an adapter which only came in a pack of two. The waterpik seems to work ok but is not suppressed ie it interferes with radios etc. Odd nowadays. Hope it is genuine.

Perfect place to be insulted by staff, I spent five minutes in the shop waiting for a pick up only to be insulted by first the whispering employees then I believe the managers. Two woman, one asian and one who was overweight with tattoos on her arm.I think I can arrange to have it delivered or pick it up at a different Argos one where people have customer service skills!

My mum is sick in Edinburgh and couldn?t physically go to the store to collect a birthday gift. So, I had to make the commute from ABERDEEN TO EDINBURGH and I collect the parcel. When I showed up, the Argos lady decided to confiscate my mother?s Argos card and accuse me of fraud. I explained the entire situation and offered to bring my mother?s license and passport as proof of identity but the lady said that she won?t accept such thing.My mum had to report the card lost/stolen to receive a new one.This was the worst service I?ve ever come across in my life. She was Condescending with no sympathy and kept cutting me off mid sentence. Lacked understanding and offered no alternative solution to the problem.

They lost my parcel from ebay. After the ruddest manager I ever met told me that "someone must have moved it somewhere and we can't find it" I was sent home. They literally stole my parcel.

Easy to pick up orders online as delivery is no bad since they use Yodel as you never recieve your parcel at all and customer service is dreadful you are treated awful

took my TV in tonight which is faulty and I have had for less than 30 days. The fault is with the remote sticking and the screen colour.
him and his colleague telling me they can't locate the fault and would be refusing to refund or replace my TV telling me to call Philips and have them repair it but also said they might just refer me back to ARGOS!!
called head office while in store who refunded me there and then and have organised for my TV to be collected.
To Lewis and other member of staff you where no help at all and maybe should have a read about the terms and conditions of faulty goods.
a complaint will be going to head office
