“I don't often leave reviews but I felt compelled to after meeting Kevin and being incredibly impressed with his professionalism and expertise. I was looking to have some deep scratches repaired on my car after another car had damaged my paint after I parked it. Kevin managed to fit me in within 10 minutes of calling as he was passing through my area. He managed to do an excellent job at a very reasonable price. “This is a WONDERFUL B&B. The owners are welcoming and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, great Scottish Breakfast! We were given extra to take with us for the day. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom lovely and all around GREAT start to our Scottish vacation!”

“Standard mid size Halfords, therefore limited ranges. But they had equivalent of some items we were looking for, as well as the specific "must have" items. So we were happy with that.Setting it aside from other Halfords was the bearded guy at the back of the store on the parts desk. Wish I'd got his name. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. Also redirected other customers as he searched for the info we wanted, without impact to us. Made it look easy, kept smiling, saved us a whole lot of Google searching. Worth 5 stars just for him.”

“After I had an accident in my motability vehicle my insurers told me L&I Eaton in Edinburgh would be repairing my car.From first contact they have been extremely helpful and friendly. My car was picked up from me and I got a phone call the next day to let me know what parts the car needed, what work needed done and an estimated date of completion.I was kept updated throughout the process. 2 parts went on back order which effected the estimated completion date but I was informed of this and the car was delivered back to me 3 weeks earlier than the new estimate given!My car is sparkling inside and out and looks brand new again. I'm really pleased with the service given by L&I Eaton.All in all they've been a great company to deal with.Services: Painting”

However communication was really good, work carried out to a high standard with a day’s delay which I was notified about. They’ve been very busy and sadly couldn’t provide a courtesy car which was inconvenient so I couldn’t rate them 5 stars ⭐️Service: Body & Trim”

“They can be a little hard to find, but once you get hold one of the guys in the bike section they are very helpful and well informed. I think the folding bikes they make represent good value for money compared to many of the alternatives at the same quality point. The online chat and agents are not very helpful. It would be better to be able to speak directly with the store you're dealing with.”
