I brought my watch to get a link fixed, I had insurance on the watch and they made me wait over 30 minutes to say I have to wait a week to get it sorted. I went to timpsons to get it fixed and it only took 2 minutes.

I liked the fact they had the watch I wanted, however I looked online and could have purchased for less, lesson learned, look around first for competitive pricing. Staff pleasant but only interested in the sale really, which shows.

hi, went to this store to have my omega watch bracelet changed over [back to the original steel one] i was greeted by a very pleasant young lady [dominique] although they are not a omega stockist she changed it over for me, even got a nice coffee whilst i waited. nice to see that good old fashioned service is still out there.

It is a good idea to have a look at these chains of stores as it has many assortments to suit your budgets. One more thing, the items in the individual stores are not identical, so visit many stores, and the price tags are not hidden, so it is quicker to survey and decide ?

We have been shopping at beaverbrooks for years, they have a large range of luxury and affordable brands available in store and online. The store also has a wedding section which was beautiful and such an amazing experience to go in with my fiancé and pick out rings we loved! The woman who helped us was so patient and very helpful with finding our perfect wedding rings.

Purchased a watch for my mother, as this is her favourite store for jewellery (my father shops here every birthday, anniversary, Christmas etc. ). However - we shall never return. We had an issue with the watch after 6 weeks and their post sale customer service was TERRIBLE. The watch was losing time, but they did not care and did not wish to engage or assist. Completely benign?. Suggested we call others,, send away for 3 months etc etc. the Customer Service via telephone was EVEN WORSE!A ?proper? jeweller assisted - for free, with no purchase or service charge - the watch had become ?magnetised? and they fixed it within 10 seconds using their machine. They?ll have our business moving forward. They cared enough to try and help and find a solution - no one at Beaverbrooks knew how to even talk to us, try and understand- from the moment my mother went in they wanted her out.Beaverbrooks are clearly only interested in your money and a sale - not in actuality looking after their customers. Avoid.

My husband bought me a pendant, and the chain broke after just over a year. I purchased another chain for around £250, they only offered me a year warranty on this and after a year, again, the chain broke. I took it back to them and they placed the blame on me that I had caused it to break. Never again will I purchase anything from them as the quality is very bad!!
