“I visited the lush spa in Edinburgh and it was just incredible, my spa therapist Kim is just the best, she took the time to explain everything and before each treatment there is a consultation about what products would suit my skins needs. I was pretty nervous going into the spa but Kim put me completely ease and I felt relaxed and because of that I really enjoyed the treatments I was given. From start to finish I loved all of it. I highly recommend there spa and not going to give anything away but it's just magical and so calming.Thanks again Kim ♥️”

“Popped into the shop for something to unclog my pores and was greeted by a girl who was lovely and wasn't entirely sure so professionally passed me to another colleague to help me get the right product. Lara assisted me in a product and gave me really good information on how it works also. We had a nice conversation about lash growth after complimenting each others eyebrows and eyelashes (as her lashes were fantastic) and not once was she forceful or trying to sell anything. Lara was just very friendly and very informative. I usually don't feel welcome in such places as I don't wear a lot of make up but I felt very welcomed in this store and all the women are very presentable and natural which I think helps with the welcome feeling. “Excellent, the pharmacist was brilliant, took the time to look at and advise on a lump on my elbow that I had just noticed and was very worried about, and couldn't get in to see a doctor about it all week. I had spoken to my local pharmacist, who completely freaked me out, enough to consider a&e. I sought a second opinion from the pharmacist at boots, and thank goodness I did. I am now happy to wait to try to see a gp after the weekend. Edinburgh boots????????????”

“First stop after I arrived in Edinburgh for toiletries. They had some bargains on large Yankee candles, so I gave in and purchased one! Plus a few little extras! There is everything you need from shampoo to air fresheners to hair colours, all at reasonable prices too. Shop is nice and bright, and the shop assistant was friendly too!”

“This is a large department type shop with in-store pharmacy. The staff member I spoke with from the pharmacy department was very helpful and assisted me with my purchase of pain relief tablets for my household. Excellent parking immediately outside the front of the store.”

“I was looking for a hard to find medication yesterday and although they didn’t have it in stock, - the assistant managed to track the medication at another boots store and then promptly called that store to have the medication held for me to collect.The assistant didn’t need to do that but she took time out her day to help me.”

“Heading off on a journey and travelling fast through the station at lunchtime. Boots is a great place to quickly grab food on the go. Using your Boots Advantage card you can get a great meal deal for 2.99. The staff in this branch are efficient, moving quickly through the lines so that the wait before your train is not too long. I really like the Jamie Oliver range they do and often pick up sushi here too. ”

“Very good experience with the Pharmacy. I needed an emergency prescription for my child on a Saturday. All other pharmacists were closed but Boots was available and put the medicine aside in advance via phonecall so I didn't miss it.On picking up, the Lead Pharmacist (Nalia Ali) was great. Friendly, helpful and did all the due diligence to make sure things were correct. I even received a follow up call on her recommendation as the doctors dosage seemed higher.Excellent service.”

“After spending a small fortune for not-so- great breakfasts along the Royal Mile we came across this place. The menu is varied and the prices are reasonable. Worth noting that anything along the Royal Mile will be expensive this place does provide value for money. The food is freshly cooked and very tasty. The portions are excellent and the staff are very friendly. Definitely one to check out.”
