There's nothing wrong with Costa in general, and the staff here are mostly great. However, there is one women, with dark hair and tattoos who really should not be in the job. Typical chain coffee place that left a lot to be desired. It was clean and orderly but the coffee was not great and the staff member making the coffee had noticeably dirty hands. I wouldn't go back.
