We were waiting to be served today for a while and one of the warehouse team; Sean went out of his way to help us package up the TV and carry it out to the car. Wasn?t his job but very much appreciated! 5 stars purely for Sean.

We went with the purpose of buying cinema surround sound equipment, we had checked to see where we could buy what we wanted. On arrival we went to the department for home cinema equipment , nobody came to assist, we asked two different staff members, still nobody came, after 15 minutes, we walked out of the store, passing 6 staff members having a laugh and a chat at the front of the store. I said why we were leaving, but nobody could be bothered to try and keep any chance of a sale.\\nVery disappointed with Currys. Seems like you just can't be bothered. We will go elsewhere in future.

Same again here they don't respond to reviews looks like am going to have to take it up with trading standards or consumer rights. Bought an electric scooter it's called a DECENT ONE advertised the approximate range to travel on a full charge is 12 miles+. I have had it on the lowest setting and I get 1 mile at least. Disgraced at the false advertising on the card.\\nI will be posting this on all social media websites

The first day we me/wife visited the curry's it was nice warm welcome for us as we were in to buy a refrigerator but did knew or had the size so we came back already made up our selection and went back to curry's the next day and as we're looking list in the store no one to attend to us we were sad thought we made a mistake by coming back to the store but than as we were there waited for almost an hour than got our billing done and just rushed out of the store with not a good experience at the store after even buying the fridge.I know it is a bit lengthy but since me too I work in a customer service area I know what it is to treat your customer.

Odd passenger lift. You must remember to keep pushing the up, or down, button for the duration of the short trip. Most lifts work by a short touch on the up/down button.Customer toilets only on the upper level right at the back of the store.Having browsed the fridges by myself, it took 20 minutes to catch the attention of a salesperson to achieve a transaction. There weren't many prospective customers around. I expected to be served quicker in these circumstances... but no. Excellent service once I found a salesperson!

We waited 12 minutes to be served, as a couple of consultants were jumping around one customer ignoring us, and other around. One of the so called mobile experts, took iphone I wanted to trade-in and disappeared somewhere in the store for 6 minutes!!! And all of the sudden phone had scratches lowering the trade in evaluation and the Face ID no longer works! I?m furious. How one can destroy others phone just to lower the evaluations, this is my personal phone and now I cannot use it with features related to Face ID. Her name tag was suggesting she can speak both English and Polish and yet she did not understand a word in Polish :)

Good at swapping washing machine that didn't fit and not to expectations. Their hard working delivery squads deny they can install though installation has been agreed/charged with online sales.If sales requested customers to submit photos and check dimensions of available space, many installation gremlins could be avoided.Always order online. Gives better protection when the goods don't suit.

*updated - took my phone if for repairs, got told it be 24 hours and I?d have a new phone, 24 hours later I get told that it?s the wrong info and it?ll be a week, week later and the phone is back No repair because currys don?t repair Motorola?s ? why sell me insurance for it then!!Luckily the guy who used to work in carphone was back and fixed the phone in literally minutes? apparently. He said it should never of been sent away in the first place.. train your staff!Stood for ages waiting for someone to serve my dad after speaking to two members of staff trying to find someone.All he needed was the laptop to purchase, he?d already picked one. Staff standing about having a joke because ?they don?t know computers?.We were in the store getting something else sorted that we?d taken an issue with that week to then get left standing about. Worst place to shop.

I must say the young fella that helped me in curry's was a god send.He took his time to explain things for me and did some. research on the product I use (medical sensor) that I wear all the time 24/7 it doesn't work with all phones, the one he suggested after a phone call to the company that provides the sensors. he came up trump's the phone works perfectly I can do readings 10 to 15 time's a day I will go back again if I ever need a another phone or help.Thank you

Went in fo an advertised laptop..Was advised in store to order it online as they didn't have it in stock in store.Advised it would take four days to order it instore or we could go home and order it online for next day delivery.Waste of a journey.

Went in to try out some tablets as am looking for one to takes notes on for uni. I asked an employee if he had any recommendations and he referred me to his colleague who "knew a lot about tablets". I specified that I didn't need anything fancy, that I have a laptop for uni and all I needed was a tablet that was good for taking notes. The employee led me straight to the Microsoft surface pros saying that "there would be no lagging". Surface pros are £800+ and could easily be used as a laptop alternative. Surface pros are way way beyond what I need and this employee is very evidently shilling me something I do not need. It shocked me so much that I just said that I'd have a little look around at other things too, to which which employee just left. Makes me wonder if they get a commission on sales. I went in to get a feel for the tablets (and curry's is at least good for that), I was also set on getting a tablet that day but after the cheek of that employee to take me to a £800+ tablet when the only ones I need are £300-£400 max. Makes me wonder how many less IT inclined people that he has scammed out of money.
