Standard for the game experience, nice variety of new and older games for a lot of different generations of consoles as well as cards and collectables available. Small space but well utilized.

Yesterday I bought an Xbox game pass ultimate code for a value of 32.99, when I tried to activate it did not work, today I went back to the shop and explained my situation, hoping that they would help me solve the problem, give me another code or some kind of solution, but the only thing they gave me for explanation was: \\\"by company policy we do not do refunds and we can not help you\\\", I have been quite frustrated and dissatisfied with the store. I have been very frustrated and dissatisfied with the shop, I bought the code in the shop to feel more \\\"safe\\\" than buying it online, I have been totally disenchanted, they are been very polite but I was left without my money and disappointed, very bad GAME in Waverly place. I don't recommend buying any kind of code in this store, is better buy online.

It was hard to tell which games were new and which ones were pre-owned. We saw the same game listed for at least 3 different prices. It was a very confusing experience

Really unprofessional and rude staff member. I asked about PS5 stock and waiting-list. I was told no stock, no more waiting-list as of Dec 2021. However my friend was on a waiting-list at this very store in Jan 2022 and got one... I also asked about other Game stores stock in Edinburgh thinking he would check. He just stood there and said 'nah mate, you have to go into each store and check'. I don't believe that, why can't he search the PC he's at? He didn't even look.

I visited here for buying Pokémon card. But They always have small amounts stocks. I couldn?t buy it. But the staff are very kind.

A lot of games for consoles I'm sure you'll find the game you want in there because there is so many, the staff were great they would help you with something you weren't sure of and they would check stuff if they have them for you, so a really good shop for gaming...

Games...games..more games..staff not as helpful as other branches, just stood around talking to each other, and when asked a question they either just pointed to a part of the shop or didn't know the answer.. GAME , you need to train your staff better

There is no zero star here. Thatâ??s why I have to choose one star. I bought a headphone in a hurry. Before buying, I doubled checked with working stuff whether can I return it if it doesnâ??t work since the product looks not good enough. The working stuff checked with manager then told me if I keep the package and the receipt well, I definitely can return it.
