“Me and my friends had a lovely meal here celebrating my graduation! Everyone who served us was so friendly and welcoming.I love how they have good sharing options - instead of each getting an individual starter we got the focaccia which was the perfect amount to share between three of us. I had the carbonara as a main which was delicious! They also have a huge selection of wines and the wine tasting vending machine was a nice touch! There was a bit of a wait between courses but it was a busy Friday night so that’s understandable. Overall a really lovely evening in a beautiful atmosphere!”

“I absolutely adore Morrisons supermarket! It's a haven for all things delicious and delightful. Let me start by declaring my love for their custard donuts - they are simply divine! The soft dough, the creamy custard filling, it's a match made in dessert heaven. But it's not just the donuts that make me smile. Morrisons radiates positive energy from the moment I walk through the doors. The friendly staff members are always ready to assist with a genuine smile, making the shopping experience a joy.The store itself is well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find exactly what I need. The variety of products is impressive, from fresh produce to pantry staples and everything in between. The quality of the items is consistently high, and I trust that I am getting the best for my money.Another aspect I appreciate is the cleanliness and tidiness of the store. It's evident that Morrisons takes great care in maintaining a pleasant shopping environment. In conclusion, Morrisons supermarket has won my heart with its scrumptious custard donuts, positive energy, and overall excellence. I can't help but leave with a smile on my face every time I visit. Thank you, Morrisons, for being a supermarket that truly stands out!”

“I had a fantastic shopping experience at Aldi and I wanted to share my positive review. The Aldi store offers a wide range of choices, including popular brands, which is a huge plus. During my visit, I managed to find some delightful treats, such as Milky Way stars that satisfied my sweet tooth. I also picked up a carton of large free-range eggs and some milk, which were of excellent quality. One of the highlights of my shopping trip was discovering Golden Wonder crisps to the Mackie's popcorn. These snacks were absolutely delicious and made for a perfect movie night at home. Aldi truly has an impressive selection of snacks and treats to cater to every taste. In addition to the tasty food items, I was pleasantly surprised to find a garden solar light. This item not only adds a touch of charm to my outdoor space but also helps conserve energy. It's great to see Aldi offering eco-friendly options that are both practical and stylish. What truly impressed me about my Aldi shopping experience were the bargains I came across. Despite being branded goods, I found them at affordable prices, making it a win-win situation. Aldi's commitment to offering quality products at competitive prices is truly commendable.Overall, I highly recommend shopping at Aldi. They have an extensive range of products, from everyday essentials to delightful treats. Whether you're looking for branded goods or want to try something new, Aldi is the place to go. With their affordable prices and excellent choices, you won't be disappointed.”

“Great clean shop with helpful staff. There's always a great bargain going on - in particular I love their range of candles and wax melts. £2.99 for a candle that burns for 95 hours? In my opinion they're as good as Yankee Candles for a fraction of the cost . An added bonus is the free parking on site, as well as being close to bus routes. It's great to have a wander around and spy what bargains are on offer, especially if you're a fiend for a good deal.”

“I'm from Germany, so I thought I'd do some shopping at Lidl, which I don't do very often in Germany. I don't remember them having self-service checkouts or scanners here. Other supermarkets do, e.g. REWE or Famila. There, these self-service checkouts are really foolproof and simply work. Here in Edinburgh at Lidl, the system is extremely petty and prone to error, I would say it's unusable. At least 5 times someone from the staff had to come and unlock the system. First of all the scanning doesn't work properly, spacing of products seems to be extremely crucial, plus why measure the products in the shopping bags are weighed again, that doesn't work optimally either and always gives errors. It seems to me that there is very little trust in the customer. That's how fussy they are. Not in Germany, where perhaps a small loss or shrinkage is taken into account? Although, since you ultimately save on staff, it should be worth it, shouldn't it? Anyway, not my problem as a customer, as I said, the system simply doesn't work! In the end, it took us three times longer than if we had gone straight to the checkout with a human cashier. Otherwise, the product selection here at Lidl is very good, which I have to emphasise as positive.”

“Love home bargain because who doesn't like a wee bargain. Customer service is always great. I've found tho that some of the toys I buy don't last long or there's something missing or broken so I think they need to have a look at why this is but other than that. Great shop”
