Great service, staff in store were so helpful, was definitely worth coming in to the shop as opposed to on line, makes a difference being able to see the items before you buy and matched the online discount. ??

My sentimental Swarovski necklace broke and I bought a new chain but was unable to open the pendant to attach the chain. Cyrilla and her colleague were the only ones who took time out of their day to help me. I am so grateful to them for fixing this for me. Thank you so much ladies.

Took my watch into H. Samuel at Cameron Toll to get links taken out and the sales assistant Erin was very helpful and quickly removed the links so I could wear my new watch that was bought as a gift from H. Samuel.

Highly recommend using this store for business, purchased 2 watches from Jenni in store which there sale had ended on and she still managed to work out something to get me the best deal possible and got them at the sale price. Very friendly and approachable staff thanks again

Jenni and her colleagues were all fantastic. So friendly and helpful and Jenni gave me amazing advice and cleaned my two rings to an absolute sparkle (for so cheap as well I was impressed). I couldn't recommend this shop more, I'll be back once my engagement ring stops being so shiny!

I made a purchase today from the Camerontoll branch as I had a gift voucher .\\n.I was attended to by Willow who was very helpful indeed.\\nI had called the branch to ask about two particular items I had seen on the website. She ordered them in for me to try and they came very quickly.\\nI was very pleased with the service I received the other member of staff was very friendly too ?.
