Despite being overstaffed (two bored and listless employees standing around), the customer service here is non-existent and terrible. I won't be coming back!

Newly opened and standard range of Holland & Barrett products. I'm surprised Stockbridge has not had one before, as there are over 1,300 elsewhere.
