Went for a mini valet, advertised at £30 I went up he asked for £46 I said it says £30 he said it?s my business I make the prices up. That?s fine but don?t false advertise your prices I didn?t use it and won?t be back will just use another local one?

Used hoover today, sorry, put £2 into hoover machine,it made a noise, and that was it,no suction at all. Complained to the operator, not interested. Made the comment, well that's an industrial hoover. Folks, don't waste your cash.

They always do a good hand done prewash which makes a big difference to the end result, handy location next to the end of the A1 and ASDA.

Decent car wash located within Asda, The Jewel carpark. I like washing my own car, but when I'm short on time and it's in dire need of a clean, I know these guys will do a decent job ?

I've been using this car wash for four years. As a private hire driver, it's quick to just drive in and get a wash. It doesn't matter what wash you get get it's the same result in the end. I use their taxi app for thriple foam discount. Recently, they moaned about me using it. The attitude of the staff is very rude, paid by card, it didn't go through twice it did the third time. With other staff members saying something about the card machine. (There problem not customers)Worst thing for past few visits, it stinks of rotten eggs or mould.I won't be back here.

As I have a tow bar fitted, it is a no-go for the rotational brushes to get behind and clean. I asked the operator to hand clean area before puting through wash. When I got the car home, there was still dirt marks as happened once before. The impression I got was that I was a disruption to their day and not the focus of their livelihood. Needless to say I won't be returning for one of their £13 poor car washes!

I won't go back, the last 2 times the machine stopped working half way through and got stuck for over 30 minutes each time

Expensive and not a great job either. I'm not sure that there is any tangible difference between the most expensive and the cheapest options, other than about eight pounds. The car was moderately clean only. We had to go over it afterwards to address the places that were missed by the superficial wash. Not really recommended.

The IMO Car Wash is very efficient process with staff that are pleasant to deal with and diligent. The car always comes out of the car wash clean and shiny. Ww would definitely recommend this service. The costs are also very reasonable for the process.
