Good for quick car wash. Guys there are nice and friendly. You can leave your car with the guys and have a coffee or do shopping, e.g. Tesco, Lidl, nearby.

Terrible service for doing a gloss wash on my car which I paid £10, spots of flies left on front grill and bumper area. I showed the attendant the dirty spots and the attendant said to me that I had to pay another £10 if I wanted him to remove the spots. I asked why do I have to pay twice for a carwash, he said because the machine did not remove the spots. I was left bemused by their customer service. I will not use this IMO carwash again which is near Tesco Corstophine.

First time using the system. A bit discerning putting the car in neutral and trusting the alignment to be fine. Initially, I put it in park mode, but quickly was informed to put it in neutral.

Staff very helpful, but the actual wash was poor, wheels as dirty as they went in.

It was my first time using IMO Car Wash.My car went true car wash. Wash was harsh on a car, driver side mirror was pushed outward. Kidney grill fell out just after I left car wash. Can't say nothing bad about employees they try to help.Overall expensive experience for me £12 for a wash and new set of kidney grill.I am not coming back again.

Had my Audi Allroad in for a full valet. It went in slightly used and emerged and now it reminds me ofvthe day I picked up the keys. Superb attention to detail.

Really disappointed with the customer service, refused to give my car a valet, maybe they were understaffed. Said it would take 3 hours and he didn?t have time, took it elsewhere and it was done brilliantly in an hour. I do like IMO, just disappointed with the attitude today!

Not very helpful, pick and choose who can have there vehicles done even though your vehicle fits ,very rude staff no away to get a good customers
