Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars as 1 appears to be the minimum here- the 1 is pure luck. Order placed weeks in advance for decking and related materials for delivery today. Called at 11 to the branch I made the order to be told it was the first delivery after lunch from another branch. Called again at 3pm to be told it was not coming & would hopefully be tomorrow. Several calls later was advised that there have been several issues with trucks today ( apparently these are outsourced and they cannot give more details or track any of the orders in order to call customers and provide an update). Cannot guarantee when my delivery will arrive other than hopefully some time tomorrow! The distribution manager is based centrally so cannot even oversight this mess. In future order at least 1 week in advance and it may show up on time. Very poor customer service & disappointing customer engagement
