The restaurant/ cafe was lovely and a pleasant experience. However, the Jo malone ladies were rude and ignored me. I was made to feel like I was pestering them when I wanted to pay for my products and I would rather just go to the stand alone store next time

Awful customer service. The ladies at the perfume shop will smile and speak kindly to you only when buying something, but if you'll have to return the product, the story will be different.
