Best bookies I've used. The staff are so personable and friendly. They really make you feel valued and welcome, from offering you tea and coffee, to giving you the time of day for a chat.
They also care about customers welfare, spotting signs of addiction etc.
Not what I expected at all, very pleasantly surprised.
