Great experience, very friendly, helpful and responsive staff - especially Kay who was so lovely and patient. My husband bought one item and went back and bought something else because the service and advice was so good. Kay is an asset to the store and Levi?s as a brand.

We had a great experience at this store on a recent vacation. The store is very conveniently located on Princes Street. The staff were helpful and the store was very neat and well stocked. My biggest take away from this store was the student discount given! I had been shopping all afternoon with my daughters and no other store asked if they were students. I believe the discount was 10%. I wish I'd have taken pictures, but attached is a beautiful view of the park across the street with Edinburgh Castle in the background.

I wanted to thank two girls who helped me with finding a right pair of trousers yesterday evening. I came probably like half an hour before closing the store, and stayed slightly after closing. They really went an extra mile. Really good customer service. ??
