Not my local Pharmacy but after being advised (by my GP) to phone other Pharmacy around for a medication, I was able to get this medication from this Pharmacy without any hassle. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite.

I ought to have taken my prescription someplace else. Since it was close to my residence, I went in. I was instructed to wait for 15 minutes. I went away and returned back, and I got told to return in the afternoon. And when I arrived in the afternoon, I was informed that it would take one or two days. I asked them to take down my phone number and notify me when the item was ready for pickup. It's been five days, and today when I arrived at the location at 5:15 p.m., 15 minutes before closing, the door was closed and an unpleasant employee advised me to return the following day.

Visited this pharmacy today and had an unpleasant experience. Rude, loud and unfriendly pharmacist.

I have been using Lindsay and Gilmour Slateford Road for two years and the staff have always been helpful and kind. During a time when everyone's health was suddenly at the forefront of our minds, I was glad to live near such professional and friendly health care workers. So, thank you to all the women at L&G Slateford!

Waited 20 min to be served just to be asked to come back 5 hours later , there was 4 people behind the counter and only one customer waiting.

Great service and reasonable prices. They used social distancing measures, only allowing two customers in the store at a time. The big glass window gives good natural lighting, and is in a shopping district so you can pick your medications up while you're out.

Terrible pharmacy and rude staff, I live right across from it but I go out of my way to avoid them and take my business elsewhere. They have been this way since well before the pandemic started so it can't be blame on the added stress.

Sadly this pharmacy is no longer reliable, nor is it autism-friendly: I have had quite a few issues with communication and phone calls being cut off/not being answered. The Text Message Alert Service is seemingly inoperative as well. All due to "telephony problems" apparently. When I had to resort to sending emails instead to try and get updates on overdue prescriptions, I was told to stop doing so !?!I know that pharmacies are under pressure during these covid times but this is all pretty infuriating: I'm taking my custom elsewhere.

Nice little pharmacy there is lovely lady working in there and she just fantastic, very helpful and kind don't know her name but I think she works Tuesdays and Wednesday. Met one or two staff who were little abrupt with me on rare occassion. Most of staff kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to friends.

Poor. Wife has had problems with almost every prescription, they blame the doctors for but it always turns out to be their fault. Staff have also been rude when asked fairly straightforward questions, wife overheard them talking about her because she had the audacity to ask for something her doctor told her to ask them for. Do our best to avoid them now and walk past them to get prescription elsewhere, awful.

My partner went there with our distraught 3 year old after he fell and bit his tounge. We just wanted to know if he needed to go to hospital instead going to the GP at this crazy Carona time. The female pharmacist looked physically sick at the suggestion that she might have to look in his mouth and said 'I'm not putting my finger in his mouth'.Terrible way to treat a worried mother and child in such stressful circumstances.

Absolutely horrible I've went in with a few repeat prescriptions for some family members and didn't even get everything that was on them. I go back the next day and they tell me the stuff I didn't get never got ordered and the woman the day before didn't bother to tell me she just gave me what they had and didn't say the other stuff wasn't there.
