Went here last month to get my Google Pixel 6 phone screen replaced. Costed £155 for the replacement, felt like a lot but was willing to pay it. Received an email days later saying they needed an extra £90 for "the genuine screen". I Agreed and got my phone a few days later with a total of £250. This new screen however, did not allow for biometric security as the original one did so definitely was not "genuine" as I was told. When I picked up my phone I was told there was a warranty on the screen but no further information was given.25 days later, I dropped my phone onto the couch at which point the screen fully went black and my phone was non-responsive. I went to the shop to see if the warranty would cover it. I was immediately told the warranty wouldn't cover it but it would give me a discount on a replacement. When I asked how much a replacement would be, I was asked how much I paid the previous time. I told them it was £250 in total due to extra costs. The man then quoted me at around £160-70 which was more than the initial quote was for the first screen replacement. Somehow the discounted price was more than the original price. I said no and bought a new phone instead.

Not recommend! It was a small problem for my Mac, and they were not even fix it right, but make it worst, and charged me unreasonable

Superb!I live in japan, the so called electronic capital of the world and they wouldn?t even attempt to fix these iphones.In less than an hour, 2 phones fixed. One with cracked screen and one with display (wiring) issues due to water damage.No fuss, all explained, job done! Amazing

I will avoid this place. They charged Me £25 before even looking at my ipad.. anyway they said I need to pay £300 or something to get updated I refused the offer and came to collect my ipad I walked in and described what it looked like and THEY LOST MY IPAD so i left and came back they finally found my ipad and when i got home i charged my ipad for 2 days and now my ipad doesn't charge hmmm how ironic because my ipad was with them for so long... AVOID

Very expensive, but if you are in a pinch, they are located very close to the centre. If you have time, better order online elsewhere tho.

DO YOU WANT REFERENCES OF THIS SHOP? It's not the right place to go... lousy people, lousy jobs, lousy customer service, etc... They tell you one thing and do another and then when you go to complain about something that they claim to fix and it doesn't work, they offer you to buy at their business with a discount. By consumer law they have to give you a solution and the answer is we can't do anything .... think before go

Amazing service! My son couldn't unlock his phone as he forgot his security pattern. We've asked M/T to reset my son's phone and they managed. It took some time to get the phone reset but throughout our wait, we were being kept well informed at any hour of the day! They were great! Thank you!

Went to pick up a UPS parcel here. Was met with incredibly unprofessional and dismissive behaviour. Was rudely told to find the package myself (amongst LOADS of packages just strewn on along the floor). When I couldn't find it (I am sight impaired), I was harrassed about not picking it up earlier (I had been away for a week, AND the UPS notification said it would be kept in the store for 10 days!). The guys said they can't keep packages, and he has the right to send them back after a week! Why is he accepting packages if he doesn't want to keep them safe? I am making a formal complaint to UPS.
