05/02/24I went to post important docs with Track24. The headscarf lady was so abrupt borderline rude no matter how much you smile and show her kindness. Royal Mail should retrain their staff on customer service and facing clients on a daily basis or relocate them to their "back office". A real shame.----I recently used twice this Post Office branch, once to send very important documents to be signed upon arrival and the second to pick up an Amazon parcel I ordered on line. On both occasions the staff was friendly, fast and efficient making my trip to the Post Office a positive experience. The only flaw is that opening hours are not shown on site (or I did not see them) and the hours shown on the Post Office & Scotmid web sites (this office is in the Scotmid premises) differ, so you may find that branch closed when you think it might be open. All in all a good retail experience.

I went to Leith Walk Post Office in the afternoon on 21 Dec (Thur). Two staff taught me the payment method patiently and with smile. Appreciate their help.

Hi there is 2 Indian stuff I come to spend vouchers they are so rude to me when I come to complain next day I seen the same person I asked him why you rude to he start to scream in my face and he kicked me out his girl friend start say go home go? What a bad service he come out to me and stand in front my face with screaming and saying don't come back here ????? I really scared of him he was nearly punch my face I tried to aske the scotmid manger what is that I'm in shock more because the manager was watching and When I told him what is that he said we are sprint and I'm going to complain them to the parliament so bad place alot of people saying that down??????????

Never had any problems, staff are sound.5th star is for them having just given me a mini Wham Bar from the Christmas sweetie jar even though I?m 36.

Came to PO today, got there at 12:45 and barriers were up to say you were closed... if your closed earlier please let people know! I travelled a fair way to get there. Your meant to be open until 13:00 on a Saturday... either sort Google out, or stick to your opening hours!Very poor show!!

I use this post office regularly to send parcels and to occasionally return parcels. All the staff I deal with seem to be absolutely amazing every time. Very friendly and always happy to help.

Very rude stuff, i went there to return a parcel and the man behind the counter gave me really hard time . Due to Corona Virus i prefer to wear one use gloves and of course a mask when i go to the shops to protect myself and others. The man didn't like that and he asked me in the most disrespectful way why i wear gloves??!! Note that he didn't even wore a mask. Then he asked me to give him my mobile phone to scan the barcode, which he took behind the counter without even use an antiseptic or following goverment measures. Before i give him my phone i asked him why you can not scan the barcode from the point where the glass finishes and replied again with the most disrespectful way that the cable is short! A big lie cause i have been there before and this has never happened. I have also been to other post offices and the cable is long enough to scan everything from the glass window. I don't understand why i had to deal with a preson that has no customer service skills, he is rude and he is not following Goverment measures during a pandemic.
