Decent variety of products in the convenience store & the guy working seemed nice enough and tried to help when I was asking how much something would be to post but didn't have it with me to be weighed lolMy assistance dog was unvested that day so would have looked like a pet but thankfully they didn't moan at me. Not sure if they just generally allow dogs anyway or not though (people seem to think it's illegal to allow dogs in food shops but it's entirely up to the owner. Most simply don't want to deal with poorly behaved pets pulling stuff off shelves and peeing on corner of the aisles ?)”
“We used Mail Boxes Etc. SouthBridge to send two 30 kg parcels to Denmark when we moved back from Edinburgh. The boxes was send quickly, but ended up in danish customs for a long while.But, when I then wrote about the issue to Mail Boxes, they quickly took a handle on things and it seemed to have worked. We received the two boxes a few weeks later.They also respond to e-mails very quickly. Great service.”

“No queue at around 11.30am, was called to No.4 cashier, lady was very nice, calm, professional. I was at post office to open a Travel Card, she explained everything to me and it was very simple to apply. I thanked her, she thanked me and wished me a lovely holiday. I'll maybe consider travel insurance next time.”
“The opening times are absolutely ridiculous 08:00 -14:00 Mondays - Saturday. Totally inaccessible to the majority who work 9-5, those who are running around after their children.Aside from the ridiculous opening hours, the staff are always really helpful.”

Two counters, lovely helpful staff I noticed kindly dealing with - and chatting to - a range of customers.Access to Royal Mail and other services such as cash withdrawals. I noted an Amazon pickup point too.Conveniently close to Haymarket Station.”

“Mystified by negative comments. Been my local post office for many years and without fail customer seevise excellent. Sure there are busier periods than others that's the nature of it but even then with patience one by one everyone gets served no problem. At quieter times it has the friendly feel of a rural post office. Out with normal hours post office business can happen at the supermarket till where willing but less familiar staff can assist - perhaps for some negative folk they have mis-read the situation instead of appreciating it's a back up. I've found in the main staff are brilliant.”
