Cleaning is entirely overlooked at this facility, especially in the washrooms. It?s unhygienic. As soon as you start cleaning the bathrooms thoroughly, like this spot under the hand dryer that hasn?t been cleaned in months, I?ll take down this bad review. Thanks. You can do better.

Well equipped gym, lots of cardio equipment, very good changing facilities, will be using this gym whenever I'm in Edinburgh.

It's big, has everything you need, and a great location. It does show some signs of wear and tear tho. For example of the 4 disinfectant nozzles, only one works, and the hand sanitizer has been empty for a while. But all and all it's great for the price.

This is a great gym. I would highly recommend it. I used it three times on vacation. It was very clean and it?s quite big. I will use it again. Great work!

I love this gym. No frills, lots of equipment, helpful (but not intrusive) staff, and an atmosphere where even a middle aged woman feels comfortable.

Not a traveler-friendly gym.They think they?re the NSA over here with the security system to get in.No customer service/help in the middle of the day Monday? Hit the ?assistance button? a bunch and waitedYou must buy a day pass online and make up/find a local Post/Zip code American zip codes come up as invalid.If you manage to make up an address and pay you?ll wait by the door for a half an hour while an automated pin is emailed to you.Nicolas Cage himself would struggle to solve the riddle to gain access.However, two stars instead of zero because if you can get in they have everything you need and it?s pretty clean.Chill with the automated stuff, give me a face and to talk to.

If you want a well equipped gym that comes at a reasonable monthly fee, this is the place. The staff are young and engaging. It?s a pleasant place to be and I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Very nice atmosphereBut there is no hanger or any holder for the towel and washing liquid inside the bathroom.

Need private locker. Machines with water and other stuff don't work. Sometimes first doors don't open.

I really like this gym - the equipment is good and the place is in as good nick as somewhere people come to sweat and lift heavy things can be. I wish they wouldn't blast music so loudly, especially in these days of personal music, but such is life.

Pretty good gym: they've got a decent collection of weight machines and dumbells, plenty of stretching space, and a good cardio section. It's also 24 hours. They do classes, but I know nothing about those.As a foreigner in town for work, it's annoying that all the admin is 100% online, with no humans in sight. I don't have a uk bank account, and so I can't sign up to get their vitamin water, or use the massage chairs .... and that's just weird.I joined anyway, so I guess the model works for them. Murdo at the Quartermile location was very personable and helpful (although couldn't help with my joining issues). Thanks!All in all, definitely recommend it, but give a thumbs down to our new AI overlords for the frustrations when joining, and the limited off-the-peg joining options.
