I don't know how to avoid this company from delivering packages to me! Every single time I buy something online and they have to deliver I have problems! They don't ring the bell, they don't knock at the door and they never leave the note about attempting to deliver the parcel. What the heck!?! Several times I've been home waiting for the delivery and then I go to the website to check where my package is and see like "we attempted today to deliver but nobody opened". They didn't even try to!!! Horrible service as always!

The worst post to use. As I missed delivery I got a card saying that there will be a redelivery on the next day. I waited at home the whole day as I was worried to miss it and no one came. Therefore I rearranged delivery by online service. And again for the next day it is nothing. Lots of stress only because post office doesn?t work normally at all.

Only 2 hours a day to collect now as of 10th of July. Not helpful to arrange redelivery either when you'll be at work also.

This company is a joke. If you are not home in the morning and at work they will come next day the same time and leave you card saying you can collect your parcel next day ... !!!only in the morning 8am -10am while you at work. The worst management ever seen!

This place is always shut at least 1 hour earlier than the stated opening time. It?s meant to close at 2pm but it?s never open after 1pm when I arrive. Just change the opening times online. Stop wasting people?s time!

A bit busy but only one behind the counter, so service is a bit slow.Very much reduced opening hours since I was last here.Too much money being spent on shareholders to run a decent service!No wonder the workers are striking.I wish them every success in their endeavors.

Trying to understand where a number of parcels have gone to? Unfortunately these weren't tracked on sending so i have no way of getting anything back, but i want to make sure there's no issues going forward. We have received other post, and my partner has received packs but 3 of mine have gone missing since July (one of these, the provider sent twice due to issue, but second one didn't arrive either). I just want to know who to talk to locally to check?!Our normal postie is brilliant but he's not been on shift as much over the past few months - wondering if some post is going to another street with similar address/post code?

Closed again! I understand Royal Mail staff striking. I'm with them! But can you please note online / Google / your website if your opening hours have changed? 3rd time I've made the journey as online said it was open but it was shut.

Update - Local manager rang me back and sorted it out swiftly. Really good customer service! So I've upgraded this review from 1 star to 5 star as he and the regular postman are really good!Stop leaving my private mail on my doorstep! This only happens when your regular postman is not on duty so please tell your relief post people what the law says about their duty to deliver. This is a security issue!

Open so rarely, I don?t know why they bother at all. Only open for 20 mins every 16th Tuesday but only on full moons if it?s 12 degrees and raining?

I appreciate the hard work that Royal Mail employees (and all people working in our postal and delivery service sector) are doing. And I am aware and I understand that there's a scheduled Royal Mail strike in the next days. But as mentioned in other reviews, it's just so frustrating when you're at home waiting for your delivery, but the delivery personnel doesn't even make an effort to use the doorbell or knock on your door. This is esp. true in my case that I paid for a Priority Mail service because I needed my letter/parcel today. Also, what's the use of asking for our contact numbers if not for giving us a quick call? Anyway, I hope personnel concerns are resolved soon and so delivery services can also be improved.
