Bought products online, had a notification within 15 minutes, it was ready to collect. I had a little que to wait in when I got there, but the staff were fast and efficient.

Redex AdBlue has dirt on and inside the lid, which falls inside the adblue when opened, be careful when opening. I made that mistake and realised on my second jug after a fought exchange at ScrewFix Sighthill. They didn?t want to exchange the product and argued for about 10 minutes (man at the counter became angry) before exchanging the product and he said I used the product (not a single drop put in my car, they checked with another jug that I didn?t use it), I explained them that there was a small black particle floating inside the adblue when I opened it and I didn?t want to put it in my car. They said they cannot see it (fair enough the small particle was not visible then as the jug was shaken) Too much hassle for an exchange. I?m definitely not coming back. Poor customer service.

I do not usually purchase on line but in this instance Screwfix had a good selection of Band Saws that I was looking for.The item being a band saw , having checked their web sight I chose the Saw that that I considered the best specification and value for money.I chose the Scheppach Basa 1 at just under £200.I ordered on line and was given a delivery period of up to 9 days, to my surprise and delight it was delivered the very next morning.Assembly of the saw was clear and quite easy from the instructions provided.I installed the saw and have carried out my initial test without issue.I am delighted and very impressed with my purchase but also with the excellent customer service from Screw Fix and their chosen delivery companyI will certainly be using Screwfix again

I arrived yesterday evening at 6pm to pick-up an order. Evenings are typically a good time for me to pick things up because of work commitments. Imagine my annoyance, therefore, when I turned up to collect orders only to find the shop closed because of 'unavoidable circumstances'. This is clearly no way to run a business.

What did we do before Screwfix....? B and Qs in cannonmills and longstone that took days to get items you needed in stock.... staff are friendly and there is normally good stock in... i try to order in advance and use the app.. not just the website on my phone.. the app tells you much more clearly if something is not in stock

Fed up going in to get everyday Plumbing fittings to be told "only 1 in stock" im taking about a 15mm tap connection. I don't understand how in this computer world they don't have a computer program that doesn't keep ordinary basic stock being kept at a minimum level.
