Absolutely disgusted with them Stephanie the sales woman was far to pushy when we were in store had to phone constantly to see what was happening the carpet fitter frank left the house in a mess after laying the carpet skirting chipped all over walls marked fridge dented kitchen unites scraped toilet used without asking and left dirty 2 huge bags off carpets ends left for me to clear up and after paying £700 this is a disgrace and still waiting for phone call 2 weeks later oh and my coffee table came flat packed which was not what I saw I?m store and for the price ov it this is shocking

It would be good if sales staff backed off a bit instead of giving you the chat.Its not going to make me buy a sofa but put me off shopping there.Had seen a sofa but the hassle to see it in peace put me right off.

Sales person was too pushy, even when told we was just in to look. He even followed us around the whole showroom. It was very off putting. Probably wouldn?t buy from this location due to this reason. And I?m being nice with the 2 stars.

Don?t buy from them if you need to hold your order.Awful Customer service. No direct phone number to the store where I purchased my sofa.Not happy at all with their service.When I placed the order, the manager of straiton store, told us that they will keep our order as long as we need in their warehouse till our house renovation is done.Now the warehouse team chasing us to book a delivery asap because they can?t keep it as no space.I told them that the manager assured us that they can store it. they said then I have to talk to the manager. there is no direct phone contact to the store. they have emailed the store and someone will contact me. its been a week no one has contact me.The team who arrange the delivery are very rude people. I felt I was doing some sort of crime the way they were talking to me. I had to reschedule the delivery as the builders are still working in our house. They said next time they will charge a fee if I have to reschedule again.Terrible experience. Really awful customer service.

ordered new sofa to which i was told i had a balance to pay before sofa could be delivered, when i did not..sales person added extras on ..delivery men were fine until i sat on my sofa to which the arms of the sofa fell off as wernt attached took me over an hour to put on as i have arthritis in my hands

Ridiculous company. After 4 months, my table and chair set shows up. Paid for fitting and was left the items at front door. There were 2 delivery guys, they were supposed to at least take it to the room. Even after paying for fitting, we never got it done as ?they were too busy?. They have literally dumped the stuff at the door and couldn?t careless about the rest. Customer care lady was absolutely useless, was trying to blackmail us with £160 so that they didn?t need to do the fitting. Will be letting lots of people know not to stand a foot inside this shop!! Worst service ever experienced. Why do I even need to give them a star?

Ridiculous service. Received my dining table and chairs today expecting it to be made at delivery. Not to mention that assembly was promised as an additional cost. Asked the delivery driver to build it and he was unaware he was to build it. it was all just left at the front door. Carrying a 75kg table isn?t that easy to handle for one person. Then called scs after sales, was on hold for 20 mins and spoke to the after sales team in which were useless. After a 45 minute conversation, nothing was done. Just wasted 45 minutes of my life. Forget just 45 minutes, wasted my whole day as I had to stay home all day waiting for this delivery. Made me cancel all my plans and the best they could offer was up to a 2 week wait for it to get assembled. Like hold on, is it my fault. At the end of the call got rudely hung up on. Literally said thank you bye bye in the middle of me speaking. . Never buying from here again. Absolute time wasters.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Please don?t waste your time!!They?ll take your money and promise you a sofa and it?ll never turn up!! Worst place to ever buy a sofa!!Paid for my sofa 1 month ago and they promised to have it deliveried. Today?s the delivery date and they haven?t even processed it.

I don't know why Google doesn't give an option of zero. I would give zero if there were such grading. I ordered carpets in store and paid £430 for 12 m2. My wife and I were told that the payment £430 has included everything, even including fitting fees. Hence, on the invoice, there is an entry "We Pay For Your Fitting", and then £52.08 was deducted. Two days ago, a carpet fitter contacted us and said that we need to pay £84 fitting fees. We went to the store again and negotiated with the manager. He declined to return the money, and spoke with justification that his colleague must have said about the fitting fees. It is really ridiculous. I spent more than £500 to buy an experience: no more ScS.

Ordered sofa, delivered on time and delivery men were excellent. They brought sofa into house very carefully and unpacked, built up and fitted laminate gliders. Great service and sofa is good quality. Good communication throughout aswell. Overall very pleased.

Pushy salesmen - they follow you around the entire building with their cheesy phrases "my friend" and do not let you shop in peace. You made me buy a sofa with another competitor. Willl NOT recommend SCS to my family and friends.

We liked a sofa, but left without it because the seller following us around like we were his cattle put me off giving them my money. We ended up so exhausted and done with him that we also knew we weren't in the right mindset to make any decision. It was mad.We sat on it and even though we're very introverted and gave off the vibes that we really wanted to be left alone, the dude was standing about 5 meters near us while staring, and would come around every two minutes to sweet talk us into buying. Christ we were wispering what we though of the sofa because otherwise he'd hear everything. It was a nightmare.

If I could put zero stars I would!! We?re due to move into a new build property had put a full house order of flooring in with SCS trusted them to go measure our floors and have the flooring ordered. Months passed no contact after numerous emails. I call to find out they have cancelled our flooring order months ago without telling us and KEPT OUR DEPOSIT!! If it wasn?t for me calling we?d have been sat about not knowing! Now we?ve been left short with no flooring and having to panic to find someone to do our flooring at short notice!
